Shows How Switched On He Is At Parkgate
The
close relationship that Parkgate Shopping
has enjoyed all year with Bluebell Wood really
came to fruition when the Children’s
Hospice started its festive fundraising on the
Park on Saturday (1st) and one of its residents,
5-year-old Kaden Bramley, volunteered to switch
on the Christmas Tree lights.
It took very little persuasion for bright, brave
Kaden from Bolton on Dearne to agree to perform the task in front of his friends
and the many shoppers who gathered around the tree to sing festive carols.
Laura and Sophie from Mothercare/Early Learning (in photograph) were on hand
to provide extra colour and balloons, and Parkgate’s Operations Manager,
Billy Smith (in photograph) brought the delightful ceremony to a close by presenting
Kaden with a special gift.
